The agave piñas are slow-roasted for 48 hours in traditional stone and brick ovens, naturally fermented in open-air concrete tanks using native wild yeast, and double distilled in copper-coil pot stills. The result is a remarkably smooth tequila that highlights cooked agave while preserving vibrant herbal and citrus notes without the use of additives or artificial flavorings.

The nose opens with aromas of cooked agave, lemongrass, green apple, citrus, herbs, and white pepper. The palate delivers sweet roasted agave balanced by fresh herbs, floral tones, lime zest, and cracked pepper before finishing long, clean, and exceptionally smooth with lingering natural agave sweetness.
