Following double distillation in traditional Charente copper pot stills, the whisky is matured in Limousin oak casks that previously held Sauternes dessert wine, Red Burgundy wine, and Sherry. This distinctive triple-cask maturation imparts exceptional depth, balancing rich fruit, gentle spice, honeyed sweetness, and delicate oak.

The nose opens with aromas of honey, orchard fruit, vanilla, dried apricot, and baking spice. The palate reveals elegant layers of ripe fruit, caramel, sweet spice, leather, toasted oak, and subtle smoke, leading to a long, smooth finish with lingering pepper and gentle oak.
