The entire production process takes more than eighteen months from start to finish and uses no preservatives or artificial flavors.

The nose offers inviting aromas of anise, cinnamon, thyme, rosemary, lavender, and earthy botanicals. The palate is dry and herbaceous with layers of cinnamon, nutmeg, gentian root, black peppercorn, and warming spices, finishing long, complex, and pleasantly bittersweet with lingering herbal notes.
