Calumet Farm 12 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a mature, limited-production bourbon crafted from carefully selected Kentucky whiskey stocks and aged for a full 12 years.

Made from a distinctive high-rye mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% malted barley, this expression is released in exceptionally small batches of just 19 barrels. Each batch is carefully blended to meet Calumet Farm's standards for aroma, flavor and finish, with fewer than 3,500 individually numbered bottles produced per batch. 

Bottled at 102 proof (51% ABV), the 12 Year Old delivers a robust combination of mature oak and rye-driven spice. The nose begins with grain, char and baking spices before developing softer notes of fresh-cut hay. On the palate, rye spice is joined by smoky oak char and structured tannins, leading into a warm, lingering finish.
