Cierto Private Collection Blanco Tequila is an ultra-premium, additive-free tequila crafted to showcase the pure character of mature agave from the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Exceptionally fresh, floral, and smooth, this sophisticated blanco is designed for sipping while remaining versatile enough for elevated tequila cocktails.

Cierto is handcrafted by Master Distillers Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza, fourth- and fifth-generation agaveros whose family has cultivated agave since the 1800s. The tequila begins with fully mature, estate-grown agave from the Atotonilco Highlands of Jalisco, where mineral-rich red clay soils contribute to the character of the plants.

After harvest, the agave is carefully hand-cut and slowly cooked in low-pressure ovens. Cierto then employs a distinctive distillation approach inspired in part by Scotch whisky production, using both copper pot and column stills to preserve and refine the natural character of the agave.

Unlike many blanco tequilas that are bottled shortly after distillation, Cierto Private Collection Blanco is rested for 6–8 months in stainless steel. This extended resting period allows the spirit to soften and stabilize without introducing barrel flavors, helping create its remarkably smooth texture while retaining its fresh agave character.

The aromatic profile is bright and elegant, led by fresh agave and delicate floral notes. Citrus, subtle herbs, and white pepper add complexity, while the palate remains smooth, clean, and expressive. A gently warming, slightly sweet finish provides an elegant conclusion.

Cierto produces its tequila without additives, artificial ingredients, or shortcuts, allowing the quality of the agave and craftsmanship to remain at the center of the experience.
