The project began in 2020 as an innovative partnership between neighboring Sonoma County producers. After fermentation, the spirit was double distilled in Griffo's custom copper pot stills before spending six years maturing in premium American oak barrels crafted by renowned French cooperage Seguin Moreau. The result is a whiskey that bridges the worlds of craft beer and single malt whiskey.

The nose offers inviting aromas of floral hops, malted barley, honey, vanilla, toasted oak, and citrus blossom.
