Born from a visionary collaboration between Highland Park Distillery and Michelin-starred Swedish chef Björn Frantzén, Between You & I 16 Year celebrates the meeting of Nordic culinary artistry and Scottish whisky mastery. Distilled on the remote Orkney Islands, this limited-edition single malt is matured for 16 years in a unique combination of virgin Swedish oak, sherry-seasoned American and European oak, and ex-bourbon casks. The result is a whisky that harmonizes Highland Park’s signature heather peat smoke with fresh Nordic spice, sweet oak, and balanced richness. Bottled at 48% ABV, it delivers bold character with refined depth.
