Produced at the historic Distillerie Combier in Saumur, France, Esprit Édouard is distilled using traditional copper alembic stills with whole grand wormwood, green anise, sweet fennel, hyssop, melissa (lemon balm), and other classic botanicals. After distillation, the spirit undergoes a traditional coloration process using additional herbs, resulting in its naturally vibrant green color without artificial coloring or flavoring.
