Krug Rosé was born from the vision of the House’s fifth generation—a desire to create a style of rosé Champagne that had never existed and could be faithfully re-created each year. Every edition continues this visionary legacy.

Surprising and versatile, Krug Rosé can effortlessly take the place of a fine red wine at the table. It is composed from a blend of expressive wines of the year and carefully selected reserve wines from Krug’s extensive library, enriched with traditionally macerated Pinot Noir for structure and subtle spice. After resting for about seven years in the House’s cellars, Krug Rosé emerges with remarkable elegance, depth, and character.

TASTING NOTES

At first glance, its delicate pale-pink hue hints at the refined experience to come.

The nose opens with expressive aromas of rosehips, cured ham, mulberries, redcurrant, and peony, lifted by touches of pepper and pink grapefruit.

On the palate, subtle notes of honey, citrus, and dried fruit unfold gracefully. Its fine, persistent bubbles carry the flavors into a long, elegant finish, completing a beautifully balanced tasting experience.
