Shay was born from a collaboration between Shannon Sharpe and cask connoisseur Jay Bradley, with Le Portier describing the brand as a celebration of craftsmanship, achievement and the determination that defined Sharpe’s career.

Inside is Shay VSOP Cognac, crafted in France using traditionally produced eaux-de-vie. The Cognac develops a rich and polished profile centered around caramelized fruit, chocolate, butterscotch, dried fruit and warming spice.

On the nose, caramelized spiced apple introduces the expression before richer chocolate and butterscotch notes emerge. The palate develops with dried fruit and warming spice over a silky texture, followed by a gently smoky finish.

Bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle, the Collector’s Edition can be enjoyed neat, over a single large ice cube, or incorporated into an elevated Cognac Old Fashioned.
