Los Sundays takes an unusual "balance of lands" approach, blending fully mature agaves grown across both highland and lowland regions. The combination brings together different expressions of agave character to create a balanced Blanco with freshness, earthiness and a clean finish.

The brand states that its traditional tequila expressions are made using only three ingredients: sustainably farmed mature agave, volcanic deep-well water and naturally occurring proprietary yeast, with nothing else added.

The Blanco is aromatic and elegant, opening with fresh agave and bright citrus. Soft white pepper follows, complemented by floral notes and earthy undertones that provide additional depth without overpowering the spirit's fresh agave character.
