Nectar Impérial represents a generous and fruit-driven interpretation of the signature Moët & Chandon style. Classified as Demi-Sec, it carries a dosage of 45 g/L, creating greater richness and sweetness than a traditional Brut Champagne while retaining the freshness and energy characteristic of the house.

The blend combines Pinot Noir for structure, Meunier for body and Chardonnay for freshness. Pinot Noir represents approximately 40–50% of the blend, Meunier 30–40%, and Chardonnay 10–20%, complemented by 20–30% reserve wines selected to reinforce consistency, intensity and richness.

In the glass, Nectar Impérial displays a deep golden color with brilliant gold highlights. The bouquet opens with an explosion of tropical fruit, particularly pineapple and mango, followed by the rounded character of mirabelle plum and apricot with a subtle touch of vanilla.

The palate is smooth, rich and lively. Dense flavors of pineapple and passion fruit lead into silky stone-fruit character before an invigorating note of grapefruit brings freshness to the finish. This contrast between generous fruit and lively acidity gives Nectar Impérial its distinctive balance.
