Monkey 47 Distillers Cut Fleur De Sel Dry Gin 375 ml

Monkey 47 Distiller’s Cut 2025 Fleur de Sel Dry Gin is the fifteenth edition of Monkey 47’s annual limited-release Distiller’s Cut, bringing an unexpected maritime accent to the celebrated Black Forest gin.

Each year, Monkey 47 selects a unique 48th ingredient, known as the Species Rara, to complement the botanicals of its signature Schwarzwald Dry Gin. For the 2025 edition, the distillery selected delicate Fleur de Sel sea-salt crystals harvested from the pale-pink salt marshes of the Camargue in southern France. 

The addition creates what Monkey 47 describes as a piquant and elegant dry gin, carrying subtle warmth and the slightest impression of salty sea air while maintaining the depth and complexity associated with the distillery’s botanical style. 

Bottled at 47% ABV (94 proof) in a limited 375ml presentation, the 2025 Distiller’s Cut offers collectors and gin enthusiasts a distinctive meeting of the Black Forest and the Mediterranean coast of France.
