This limited-edition organic single malt showcases the distillery's passion for pushing the boundaries of whisky making through unique fermentation techniques.

Lemon Meadow is the result of Nc'nean's very first yeast experiment, using a yeast strain originally developed for French sparkling wine production—a rare choice in Scotch whisky. Combined with maturation in 56% STR red wine casks, 42% ex-bourbon casks, and 2% ex-Oloroso sherry casks, the whisky develops a remarkably buttery, citrus-forward profile with floral elegance and creamy texture. Only 5,729 bottles were produced.

The nose opens with aromas of green apple, lemon peel, shortbread, and light toffee. The palate delivers vibrant notes of lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, butter shortbread, hay, and brioche, finishing medium-long with fresh citrus, delicate florals, and creamy biscuit richness. This whisky is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to reveal its full complexity.
