Each variety is fermented separately, aged for six months in 50% new French oak, blended, then returned to barrel for an additional twelve months before receiving at least one year of bottle aging prior to release. The result is a structured, age-worthy wine with remarkable depth and elegance.

The bouquet reveals aromas of cocoa, sweet coconut, dark berries, vanilla, and ripe cherry. On the palate, vibrant black cherry, chocolate, caramel, toast, and subtle spice are framed by firm, mouth-filling tannins and a long, polished finish.
