The agave is allowed to mature for approximately seven years before being harvested, then slowly cooked for two days in traditional brick ovens, roller-milled, naturally fermented with wild yeast, double distilled, and rested for approximately two months before bottling. This careful process preserves the vibrant character of the organic agave while creating remarkable purity and balance.

The nose opens with aromas of vanilla, grapefruit pith, lemon blossom, and peppercorn. The palate offers bright notes of Meyer lemon, Tahitian vanilla, and cooked agave with a silky mouthfeel before finishing light, clean, and refreshing with delicate herbal and citrus notes.
