Crafted at La Galería Distillery (NOM 1589), every agave plant is allowed to mature for approximately seven years before harvest, ensuring optimal natural sweetness and flavor.

The production follows traditional tequila-making methods. Mature agave piñas are slowly roasted for 48 hours in traditional brick ovens, then crushed, naturally fermented, and double distilled in small batches to preserve the bright agave character and exceptional smoothness of the spirit. Unlike the Reposado and Añejo expressions, Telsón Blanco is bottled unaged, allowing the fresh flavors of the agave to take center stage.

Crystal clear in appearance, Telsón Blanco delivers aromas of cooked agave, citrus zest, fresh herbs, and black pepper. The palate is clean and vibrant with notes of sweet roasted agave, lime, minerality, and subtle spice, finishing crisp, smooth, and refreshing.
