Made from 100% Blue Weber Agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, the agaves are harvested at approximately 5.5–6 years of maturity, slow-cooked in traditional masonry brick ovens, crushed using a tahona and roller mill, fermented in wood and stainless-steel tanks with and without agave fibers, and double distilled in copper and stainless-steel pot stills. The result is a rich, authentic tequila that emphasizes cooked agave and traditional craftsmanship.

The nose opens with aromas of cooked agave, lime zest, grapefruit, cinnamon, fresh herbs, and white pepper. The palate is rich and creamy, offering flavors of sweet cooked agave, citrus, minerality, rosemary, black pepper, and earthy spice, finishing long with lingering agave sweetness, toasted spices, anise, and citrus peel.
